Nothing in this document is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Ticker Terminal is a game. TIC and the daily tickers are simulated game assets with no monetary value, and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or withdrawn.

No Promise of Return

A TickerHead is a collectible and a game credential. It is not a security, not a share, and carries no promise of profit, revenue, dividend or return of any kind.

Reward pools are discretionary, funded at the project’s election, and may change in size or stop entirely.

Nothing Here Is Final Until Published

Supply, pricing, dates, pool sizes, eligibility rules and contract addresses are final only when published through official TickerHeads channels. This document is a pre-launch draft and will change.

Eligibility and Jurisdiction

Reward eligibility may be restricted by jurisdiction. A rewarded season will publish its eligible jurisdictions, start and end times, tie rules, claim deadline and disqualification policy before trading opens.

Participation may be void where prohibited. You are responsible for determining whether you may participate under your local law, and for any tax arising from a reward.

Technical Risk

Ticker Terminal depends on Robinhood Chain, wallet providers, hosting and database infrastructure. Outages, degraded RPC, or bugs may interrupt a round.

The project may pause a round, remove invalid trades, exclude abusive accounts, or void a round entirely when integrity is compromised.

Smart Contract Risk

The collection contract carries the usual risks of any on-chain contract. Audit status is published before mint.

Simulated Market

The daily ticker is a simulated market with simulated rival traders. It is not a real exchange, not connected to real asset prices, and no real trade occurs. Results in the game imply nothing about real trading.

Official Channels Only

Contract addresses and mint details are published only through official TickerHeads channels. Anything else is a scam. The team will never DM you first, and will never ask for a seed phrase or private key.
