The Core Commitment

Holding more TickerHeads never improves your position in the game. Not your starting balance, not execution quality, not points, not rank, not tiebreaks.

In later seasons, activated holdings will multiply the pro-rata payout — an economic benefit, applied after the competition is decided. It will never touch points or rank, and it will never apply to the rank pool.

Rank is skill. Payout weight is stake. They stay separate.

Equal Start

Every eligible wallet begins each round with 1,000 TIC, in the same market, with the same events, the same liquidity and the same clock. TIC cannot be purchased with any asset.

Hidden Information, Published Rules

Market regimes, event scheduling and event identity are held server-side and revealed only through price movement and the post-round replay. That is what stops the game being solved.

Everything else is published: every scoring formula, every constant, every reward calculation, in this document.

The Audit Chain

Every order, event, sprint settlement and round settlement is written to a hash-chained audit log — each entry carries the hash of the one before it, so records cannot be altered retroactively without breaking the chain.

The audit chain, server records and the post-round replay are the source of truth for any dispute.

Automation

Automated trading is prohibited.

Order timing, order sizing and session patterns are analysed for automation. Signals include unnaturally regular intervals between orders, alignment to the market tick, repeated identical order sizes, and continuous presence across every hour of a round. Wallets whose orders land in lockstep with other wallets are reviewed together as a suspected single operator.

Detection produces evidence for human review, never an automatic ban. A flagged wallet is reviewed against the audit chain before any action is taken.

Fills also carry a small random execution delay, which removes the reaction-time advantage a script has over a person on a three-second market tick.

Multiple Wallets

Operating multiple wallets to manipulate rankings, coordinate wash activity, exploit implementation errors or overload the API is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Funded Before Announced

Only a prize pool that is already funded and held in the Game Rewards Multisig is announced. Reward figures are never published as projections.

What Can Be Changed, and When

Token metadata, artwork and market parameters can be adjusted by administrators. Symbol and liquidity changes take effect at that token’s next round, never mid-round. Every administrative action is written to a separate audit log.

Scoring constants and reward rules are not changed mid-season. Any change is published before the following season opens.
